【摘要】在對集貿(mào)市場電子秤開展強制檢定工作中，發(fā)現(xiàn)一些不法商家利用作弊電子秤進行貿(mào)易結(jié)算過程屢禁不止，不僅侵害消費者權(quán)益，更嚴重影響公平公正的消費環(huán)境。本文探究電子秤慣用作弊方式，剖析其產(chǎn)生的客觀原因，有針對性地提出加強集貿(mào)市場電子秤管理的有效措施，防止和避免作弊行為的發(fā)生。

Identification and Solution of Cheating Methods for Electronic Scales in Trade Markets

Abstract： During the compulsory verification of electronic scales in the market， it was found that illegal merchants have repeatedly prohibited the use of fraudulent electronic scales for trade settlement， which not only infringes on consumers’ rights and interests， but also seriously affects a fair and equitable consumption environment. This article explores the common cheating methods of electronic scales， analyzes the objective reasons for their occurrence， and proposes effective measures to strengthen the management of electronic scales in trade markets to prevent and avoid the occurrence of cheating.
