無規(guī)共聚聚丙烯（PP-R）管材熔融溫度及靜液壓強(qiáng)度質(zhì)量比對(duì)及評(píng)價(jià)分析

【摘要】本文簡述了無規(guī)共聚聚丙烯管材的應(yīng)用及國內(nèi)外標(biāo)準(zhǔn)體系情況，并通過在不同領(lǐng)域隨機(jī)采集樣品的方式對(duì)不同渠道、產(chǎn)地的產(chǎn)品開展熔融溫度、靜液壓強(qiáng)度項(xiàng)目的質(zhì)量比對(duì)，深入研究遼寧省內(nèi)產(chǎn)品在行業(yè)內(nèi)的優(yōu)勢(shì)、不足與短板，精準(zhǔn)發(fā)現(xiàn)其中問題并提出質(zhì)量提升工作建議。

Comparison and Evaluation of Melting Temperature and Hydrostatic Strength and Mass of Random Copolymer Polypropylene （PP-R） Pipe

Abstract： This paper briefly describes the application of the random copolymer polypropylene pipe and the standard system at home and abroad， and carries out quality comparison of melting temperature and hydrostatic strength items of products from different channels and places by random sample collection in different fields， in-depth research on the advantages， shortcomings and shortcomings of products in Liaoning province in the industry， accurately discover the problems and put forward suggestions for quality improvement.

冷熱水用聚丙烯管材是目前建筑物給水系統(tǒng)中常用的塑料管道產(chǎn)品之一，由于分子結(jié)構(gòu)的差異性主要分為PP-H（均聚聚丙烯）、PP-B（耐沖擊共聚聚丙烯）和PP-R（無規(guī)共聚聚丙烯）三種類型，其中PP-R管材由于其耐熱性能好，溫度適用范圍廣而被廣泛使用，PP-R管材具有密度小、力學(xué)性能均衡、抗腐蝕、耐熱性高、清潔衛(wèi)生、連接密封性好、施工和維修方便等諸多特點(diǎn)，主要用于建筑物內(nèi)冷熱水管道系統(tǒng)，包括飲用水和采暖管道系統(tǒng)等。（剩余5042字）
