新醫(yī)改背景下公立醫(yī)院行政管理標準化路徑分析

【摘要】本文分析建立醫(yī)院行政管理標準化體系的意義，結(jié)合我國醫(yī)院行政管理工作現(xiàn)狀，提出了醫(yī)院行政管理標準化路徑的方向。通過標準化管理提升醫(yī)院整體服務(wù)能力，改善患者就醫(yī)體驗。同時以信息化為基礎(chǔ)，提供行政管理工作效能，促進醫(yī)院管理水平提升。

Analysis of the Standardized Path of Public Hospital Administration Under the Background of the New Medical Reform

Abstract：This paper analyzes the significance of establishing the standardization system of hospital administration and puts forward the direction of the standardization path of hospital administration based on the current situation of hospital administration in China. Improve the overall service capacity of the hospital and improve the medical experience of patients through standardized management. At the same time，based on information technology，it will provide administrative efficiency and promote hospital management.

1建立公立醫(yī)院行政管理標準化體系的意義
