公共建筑運行期防汛抗旱應急標準預案制定

【摘要】本文首先分析公共建筑運行期防汛抗旱應急標準預案制定的意義，分析當前我國防汛抗旱應急工作現(xiàn)狀，提出若干公共建筑運行期防汛抗旱應急標準預案制定措施，最后以北京世界園藝博覽會為例，分析公共建筑運行期防汛抗旱應急標準化預案制定主要流程。

Formulation of Emergency Standard Plan For Flood Control and Drought Relief in Public Buildings During Operation Period

Abstract：This paper first analyzes the significance of making emergency plans for flood control and drought relief in public buildings，analyzes the current situation of emergency work for flood control and drought relief in China，and puts forward some measures for making emergency plans for flood control and drought relief in public buildings. Finally，taking Beijing World Horticultural Exposition as an example，it analyzes the main process of making emergency standardized plans for flood control and drought relief in public buildings.

1公共建筑運行期防汛抗旱應急標準預案制定的意義

所謂防汛抗旱應急標準預案是指在洪澇旱災期間內(nèi)應急行動開展及應急資源協(xié)調(diào)過程中的程序規(guī)范和整體計劃，防汛抗旱應急預案的制定必須遵循相關的法律法規(guī)。（剩余4459字）
