對(duì)箱式電阻爐校準(zhǔn)方法探究

【摘要】本文依據(jù)JJF 1376—2012《箱式電阻爐校準(zhǔn)規(guī)范》的內(nèi)容，對(duì)箱式電阻爐構(gòu)造特征和使用中的注意事項(xiàng)進(jìn)行概述，并介紹了目前箱式電阻爐校準(zhǔn)常用的方法，提出了箱式電阻爐校準(zhǔn)方法中存在的問(wèn)題，對(duì)箱式電阻爐校準(zhǔn)方法進(jìn)行了探究，提升了箱式電阻爐的校準(zhǔn)水平，以供相關(guān)人員參考借鑒。

Research on Calibration Method of Box-type Resistance Furnace

Abstract：According to the contents of JJF 1376—2012 Calibration Specification for Box-type Resistance Furnace，this paper summarizes the structural characteristics and precautions in use of box-type resistance furnace，introduces the commonly used methods for the calibration of box-type resistance furnace，puts forward the problems in the calibration methods of box-type resistance furnace，probes into the calibration methods of box-type resistance furnace，improves the calibration level of box-type resistance furnace，and provides references for relevant personnel.

1箱式電阻爐概述

1.1構(gòu)造特征

箱式電阻爐的構(gòu)造特征主要有以下幾點(diǎn)：1）外殼選用耐熱防腐漆材；2）控制面板采用PID數(shù)字顯示智能控制板，可靠性高、精密性高，配以電流表，結(jié)構(gòu)新穎；3）爐門(mén)采用加厚型，結(jié)構(gòu)更牢固，防止變形；4）爐襯采用優(yōu)質(zhì)保溫棉，保溫性能極佳；5）在不加熱的情況下，爐膛的具體溫度也會(huì)顯示出來(lái)，方便觀察爐膛的狀態(tài)；6）布線簡(jiǎn)單，說(shuō)明清晰，使用方便；7）具有過(guò)載、短路等保護(hù)功能；8）爐殼由優(yōu)質(zhì)厚板彎曲和焊接而成，爐子由耐火材料制成，加熱元件置于爐體內(nèi)，爐體和爐身之間由絕熱材料堆疊。（剩余4090字）
