外徑千分尺示值誤差測(cè)量結(jié)果的不確定度評(píng)定

【摘要】本文選用四等量塊對(duì)測(cè)量范圍為0～25 mm，分度值為0.01 mm的千分尺進(jìn)行測(cè)量，得到千分尺的示值誤差，在千分尺檢定規(guī)程上查表得知，0～25 mm外徑千分尺的最大允許誤差為±4μm，即此千分尺示值誤差≤±4μm，在此基礎(chǔ)上對(duì)外徑千分尺示值誤差進(jìn)行不確定度的分析與評(píng)定。

Evaluation of Uncertainty in Measurement Results of Indication Error of Outside Micrometer

Abstract：In this paper，four equal measuring blocks are selected to measure the micrometer with a measuring range of 0～25 mm and a graduation value of 0.01 mm，and the indication error of the micrometer is obtained. According to the table on the micrometer verification regulation，the maximum allowable error of the 0～25 mm outside micrometer is±4μm. Namely，the indication error of the micrometer is≤±4μm. On this basis，the uncertainty of the indication error of the external diameter micrometer is analyzed and evaluated.
