如何做好檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)工作中的合同評(píng)審

【摘要】本文從實(shí)驗(yàn)室合同評(píng)審的重要性、合同評(píng)審的種類和注意事項(xiàng)、評(píng)審步驟、評(píng)審結(jié)果的保存和修改等方面入手，對(duì)合同評(píng)審中的關(guān)鍵步驟進(jìn)行了描述，希望能夠使檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)實(shí)施有效的合同評(píng)審工作，更好的服務(wù)檢測(cè)過程。

How to do a Good Job of Contract Review in Inspection and Testing Work

Abstract：This paper starts from the importance of laboratory contract review， contract review types and matters for attention，review steps，the preservation and modification of the review results， and describes the key steps in the contract review，hoping to enable testing institutions to implement effective contract review work，better service testing process.

近幾年，隨著我國(guó)檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)市場(chǎng)的逐步規(guī)范，國(guó)家市場(chǎng)監(jiān)督管理總局于2021年6月1日出臺(tái)了《檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)監(jiān)督管理辦法》，并于2021年4月2日對(duì)《檢驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)資質(zhì)認(rèn)定管理辦法》進(jìn)行了修訂，預(yù)示著國(guó)家進(jìn)一步規(guī)范和加強(qiáng)管理檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)的決心，更好地發(fā)揮其公正檢測(cè)職能，服務(wù)社會(huì)經(jīng)濟(jì)的目的。（剩余4092字）
