匹配DCT變速器的某車型滑行嘯叫噪聲分析與控制

摘 要:針對匹配DCT變速器的某車型滑行時產生嘯叫的問題,本文利用試驗手段和齒輪噪聲的測試數(shù)據(jù)對其產生原因進行了分析。在變速器生產過程中,通過優(yōu)化齒輪齒頂修緣量和粗糙度,在不改變齒輪設計參數(shù)的前提下,有效地降低了變速器齒輪噪聲,解決了DCT變速器滑行工況的齒輪嘯叫問題。

Abstract: A gear whine issue occurred in a vehicle model matched with a DCT transmission when coasting. This paper used experimental method and the acquired test data to investigate the mechanism of the gear noise generation. Under the condition of no gear design parameter change allowed, by optimizing the gear tooth tip trimming amount and roughness, and controlling the transmission production process, the gear noise of the transmission is effectively reduced, and the gear whine issue is successfully resolved.
