乘用車雙筒減振器異響問題探究與改進

摘 要:針對開發(fā)過程中遇到的減振器低溫異響問題,本文通過整車測試和臺架測試識別異響發(fā)生源,定位異響發(fā)生的工況。根據減振器內部閥系的工作原理,聚焦異響發(fā)生的條件,進而從優(yōu)化減振器閥系設置的角度,找到一種有效抑制減振器換向異響的措施。經過裝車主觀評價,該問題得到了有效的解決。

Research and Improvement on Abnormal Noise of Double-Tube Shock Absorbers for Passenger Cars

Abstract: For the problem of abnormal noise from the shock absorber during the development process, through the vehicle testing, the shock absorber bench testing, and the structural analysis of the internal valve system, the conditions for the occurrence of abnormal noise and the excitation source of vibration are focused. Based on the adjustment of the shock absorber valve system, an effective measure to suppress the abnormal vibration of the shock absorber (changing direction) was found. After the subjective evaluation on vehicle, the problem has been effectively resolved.
