某商用車空調冷凝器泄漏故障分析與改進

【摘  要】汽車空調系統(tǒng)是整車系統(tǒng)的重要組成部分，空調系統(tǒng)功能的好壞直接影響著整車的舒適性，所以泄漏故障直接使空調系統(tǒng)缺失制冷劑，直接影響空調功能的使用。文章著重介紹某款輕型商用車空調系統(tǒng)冷凝器泄漏故障的分析與改進，經(jīng)過一系列的改進措施及驗證，空調冷凝器泄漏故障率得到有效降低。

Analysis and Improvement of Leakage Failure of Air Conditioning Condenser of a Light Commercial Vehicle

【Abstract】The car air conditioning system is an important part of the whole vehicle system. The quality of the air conditioning system directly affects the comfort of the whole vehicle，so the failure rate diameter of the air conditioning system components affects the use of the air conditioning function. This article focusses on the analysis and improvement of the leakage fault of the condenser in the air conditioning system of a light commercial vehicle. After a series of improvement measures and verification，the leakage failure rate of the air conditioner condenser has been effectively reduced.
