數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新型管理人才能力培養(yǎng)模式探索

摘要：數(shù)字經(jīng)濟已成為帶動經(jīng)濟增長的核心動力。社會各行各業(yè)正大力開展數(shù)字化變革，其快慢、優(yōu)劣是由數(shù)字化工程的實踐開展情況決定的，其中關鍵要素是數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新型管理人才。人才能力的培養(yǎng)是復雜的系統(tǒng)工程，需要圍繞數(shù)字化創(chuàng)新型管理人才的能力素養(yǎng)、主要特征、科學思維、促進手段等方面進行深入探索。

Abstract：Digital economy has become the core driving force of economic growth.The various walks of life are carrying out digital transformation.Its speed and advantages are determined by the practice of digital engineering，and the key element is digital innovative management talents.The cultivation of talents' ability is a complex system engineering，which requires in-depth exploration around the ability and quality，main characteristics，scientific thinking，promotion means and other aspects of digital innovative management talents.
