摘  要：該文針對人工智能領(lǐng)域相關(guān)申請分別進(jìn)行全球、中國的專利態(tài)勢分析，包括申請量逐年變化趨勢、主要申請人分析及技術(shù)構(gòu)成等，建立全鏈的思維導(dǎo)圖。通過分析國內(nèi)外人工智能技術(shù)專利布局的內(nèi)在原因，為我國關(guān)鍵核心技術(shù)創(chuàng)新及產(chǎn)業(yè)發(fā)展奠定理論基礎(chǔ)。

Abstract： This article conducts a global and Chinese patent situation analysis on applications related to the field of artificial intelligence， including the trend of annual changes in application volume， analysis of major applicants， and technological composition. It establishes a comprehensive mind map and analyzes the internal reasons for the distribution of artificial intelligence technology patents at home and abroad， laying a theoretical foundation for key core technology innovation and industrial development in China.
