摘  要：可鉆式橋塞鉆除工藝大部分以牙輪鉆頭為主，該文介紹南海東部某井采用PDC鉆頭進(jìn)行橋塞鉆除作業(yè)過(guò)程。對(duì)PDC鉆頭鉆除橋塞的參數(shù)及后續(xù)發(fā)生問(wèn)題進(jìn)行分析，并對(duì)處理措施做一些對(duì)應(yīng)性總結(jié)，希望為后續(xù)PDC鉆頭鉆除可鉆式橋塞作業(yè)提供一些參考依據(jù)。

Abstract： The drilling technology of drillable bridge plug is mainly cone bit. This paper introduces the process of bridge plug drilling with PDC bit in a well in the east of South China Sea. This paper analyzes the parameters and subsequent problems of PDC bit drilling bridge plug， and provides some corresponding summary of treatment measures， hoping to provide some reference basis for follow-up drillable bridge plug removal operation of PDC bit.

隨著勘探事業(yè)的發(fā)展，近年來(lái)南海東部鉆遇高溫高壓井的數(shù)量增加，因受臺(tái)風(fēng)、作業(yè)計(jì)劃變更的影響，需對(duì)高溫高壓井進(jìn)行臨時(shí)棄井作業(yè)，增加了下橋塞的幾率，但是南海東部區(qū)域在使用PDC鉆頭鉆除橋塞技術(shù)這一塊基本是空白的，本文對(duì)該技術(shù)在南海東部某探井的使用進(jìn)行歸納總結(jié)分析，為后續(xù)類(lèi)似作業(yè)提供了參考借鑒的依據(jù)。（剩余4431字）
