DNA含量測定方法在生物制品安全控制中的應(yīng)用

摘 要:為避免宿主細(xì)胞殘留DNA可能帶來的致癌性、感染性與免疫原性等危害,有必要在生物制品生產(chǎn)過程中對DNA進(jìn)行純化去除與含量測定,保障生物制品的安全性和有效性。該文從殘留DNA的危害性分析出發(fā),介紹5種DNA含量測定方法在生物制品安全控制中的應(yīng)用。

Abstract: In order to avoid carcinogenicity, infectivity and immunogenicity caused by residual DNA in host cells, it is necessary to purify and remove DNA and determine its content in the production process of biological products to ensure the safety and effectiveness of biological products. Based on the harmfulness analysis of residual DNA, this paper introduces the application of five determination methods of DNA content in the safety control of biological products.
