基于頻譜分析的通風扇故障診斷方法研究

摘  要:空中客車公司A320FAM飛機電子艙通風扇故障是該機型的一個典型常見故障,該故障容易導致航班延誤,甚至飛機返航、緊急備降的事件發(fā)生。在研究通風扇結構基礎上,給出了一種基于振動信號頻譜分析的方法,經(jīng)過仿真分析,該方法可用于診斷電子艙通風扇的早期故障。

Abstract: The failure of the avionics bay fan of the Airbus A320FAM aircraft is a typical common fault of this aircraft, which can easily lead to flight delay, even aircraft return and emergency landing. Based on the study of the structure of ventilation fan, a method based on spectrum analysis of vibration signal is presented. Through the simulation analysis, it is proved that the method can be used to diagnose the early fault of the avionics ventilation fan.
