摘 要:底盤零部件的疲勞耐久性試驗可以快速驗證零部件疲勞壽命,并且可以加快產(chǎn)品迭代升級速度和有效控制成本。文章對道路譜的采集以及轉(zhuǎn)化進行討論,其中包括應變片的布置和標定以及道路譜轉(zhuǎn)化理論。

Abstract: Fatigue test can verify the fatigue life of chassis parts rapidly. In addition, it can promote the upgrade of products and control costs. In this paper, we will have a discussion about the road spectrum acquisition and transformation, which includes the arrangement and calibration of strain gauge and theory of the road spectrum transformation.
