摘 要:在各類設備的電路系統(tǒng)設計過程中,電子元器件屬于其中非常關鍵的組成部分。為使電子元器件能更加適合于整體系統(tǒng)的電路結構與功能,因此電子元器件的工作可靠性相關指標需要滿足一定的規(guī)定和要求。文章針對相關設備中所使用的電子元器件的工作可靠性實施比較詳盡的研究。

Abstract: In the circuit system design process of all kinds of equipment, electronic components are a very key part. In order to make the relevant electronic components more suitable for the circuit structure and function of the whole system, the relevant indexes of the working reliability of electronic components need to meet certain regulations and requirements. This paper makes a detailed analysis and research on the working reliability of the electronic components used in the related equipment.
