【摘要】目的:探討人性化護(hù)理應(yīng)用于內(nèi)科門診分診工作中的效果。方法:選擇2020年2月—2023年6月在醫(yī)院內(nèi)科門診就診的200例患者,以數(shù)表隨機(jī)方式進(jìn)行分組,對照組100例采用門診常規(guī)護(hù)理,研究組100例采用人性化護(hù)理,對比兩組患者護(hù)理前后的心理狀態(tài)、不良事件發(fā)生情況以及門診就診中的護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果:護(hù)理后,兩組患者SAS及SDS評分較護(hù)理前均降低,且研究組SAS及SDS評分均低于對照組(P

【Abstract】Objective:To explore the effect of humanized nursing in the outpatient triage work of internal medicine.Methods:200 patients who visited the internal medicine outpatient department of the hospital from February 2020 to June 2023 were selected and divided into two groups by the number table random way.The control group (100 cases) received outpatient routine care,while the study group (100 cases) received humanized nursing.The psychological state before and after nursing,incidence of adverse events and nursing satisfaction in outpatient clinic were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the SAS and SDS scores of both groups of patients decreased compared to before nursing,and the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were lower than those of the control group (P
