【摘要】目的：分析急性重癥胰腺炎患者實(shí)施中醫(yī)護(hù)理干預(yù)的臨床效果。方法：選取我院2022年1月—2023年4月收治的112例急性重癥胰腺炎患者進(jìn)行研究，遵循隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法的分組原則將患者分為對(duì)照組（常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，56例）與觀察組（中醫(yī)護(hù)理干預(yù)聯(lián)合常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，56例），對(duì)比兩組護(hù)理效果以及護(hù)理滿意度。結(jié)果：對(duì)照組住院時(shí)間、腹痛顯著減輕時(shí)間、血淀粉酶恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間及尿淀粉酶恢復(fù)正常時(shí)間均長(zhǎng)于觀察組（P

Analysis of the therapeutic effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on acute severe pancreatitis

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing intervention on patients with severe acute pancreatitis.Methods：A total of 112 patients with severe acute pancreatitis admitted to our hospital from January 2021 to April 2023were selected for the study.Following the principle of random number table grouping，the patients were divided into the control group （56 cases，conventional nursing intervention） and the observation group （56 cases，traditional Chinese medicine nursing interventioncombined with conventional nursing intervention）.The nursing effects and satisfaction of the two groups were compared.Results：The hospitalization time，significant reduction of abdominal pain，recovery normal time of blood amylase and recovery normal time of urine amylase in the control group were longer than those in the observation group （P
