【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of cyclophosphamide and prednisone combination therapy in patients with systemic lupus erythematosus.Methods：From January 2022 to May 2023，65 patients with systemic lupus erythematosus were selected and sorted by the initial of name，and they were divided into groups according to single or even number extraction method.The study group （33 cases） received the combination of cyclophosphamide and prednisone treatment，while the control group （32 cases） received prednisone treatment.
