全面護(hù)理在腹腔鏡治療膽囊結(jié)石患者中的應(yīng)用有效性探討

【摘要】目的：探究與分析全面護(hù)理在腹腔鏡治療膽囊結(jié)石患者中的應(yīng)用有效性。方法：從2022年1月—2023年1月我院收治的腹腔鏡治療膽囊結(jié)石患者中抽選100例列為本次研究對象，采用隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組，每組50例，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者接受全面護(hù)理，對照組患者接受常規(guī)護(hù)理，對比兩組臨床護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組患者焦慮評分、抑郁評分及疼痛評分比較差異無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組患者焦慮評分、抑郁評分及疼痛評分均低于對照組（P0.05）；護(hù)理后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組生活質(zhì)量評分明顯高于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore and analyze the application effectiveness of comprehensive nursing in laparoscopic treatment of patients with gallstones.Methods：From January 2022 to January 2023，100 patients with gallstones who underwent laparoscopic treatment in our hospital were selected as the study subjects and divided into two groups using a random number table method，with 50 cases in each group.The experimental group received comprehensive nursing，while the control group received routine nursing.The clinical nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no statistically significant difference in anxiety score，depression score and pain score between the two groups of patients （P>0.05）；After nursing，the anxiety score，depression score and pain score of the experimental group were lower than those of the control group （P0.05）；After nursing，the quality of life score of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group （P
