老年高血壓伴糖尿病患者護(hù)理過(guò)程中應(yīng)用心理護(hù)理的效果研究

【摘要】目的：分析老年高血壓伴糖尿病患者護(hù)理過(guò)程中應(yīng)用心理護(hù)理的效果。方法：采用回顧性方法分析，選取2020年1月—2023年1月收治的70例老年高血壓伴糖尿病患者為研究對(duì)象，根據(jù)護(hù)理方法分為對(duì)照組（35例，常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)）與實(shí)驗(yàn)組（35例，心理護(hù)理）。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組患者的空腹血糖、餐后2h血糖及糖化血紅蛋白水平比較無(wú)明顯差異（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，兩組以上血糖指標(biāo)水平均降低，并且實(shí)驗(yàn)組血糖指標(biāo)更低（P0.05）；護(hù)理后，兩組焦慮及抑郁評(píng)分均降低，并且實(shí)驗(yàn)組焦慮及抑郁評(píng)分更低（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the effect of psychological nursing in the nursing process of elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes.Methods：Retrospective methods was used for analysis，70 elderly patients with hypertension and diabetes who were admitted from January 2020 to January 2023 were selected as the research objects.According to the nursing methods，they were divided into the control group （35 cases，routine nursing intervention） and the experimental group （35 cases，psychological nursing）.The nursing effects between two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no significant difference in the levels of fasting blood sugar，2 hours postprandial blood glucose and glycated hemoglobin between the two groups （P>0.05）；After nursing，the levels of above blood glucose indicators in the two groups were decreased，and the blood glucose indicators in the experimental group were lower （P0.05）；After nursing，the anxiety and depression scores of both groups decreased，and the anxiety and depression scores of the experimental group were lower （P
