改良火龍灸治療寒濕型腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床效果分析

【摘要】目的：探討改良火龍灸治療寒濕型腰椎間盤突出癥的臨床效果。方法：隨機(jī)選取2021年3月—2023年10月我院收治的72例寒濕型腰椎間盤突出癥患者作為研究對(duì)象，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)字表法分為兩組，每組36例，對(duì)照組接受推拿法治療，實(shí)驗(yàn)組接受推拿聯(lián)合改良火龍灸治療。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：治療前，兩組的JOA評(píng)分及VAS評(píng)分比較差異小，統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)無(wú)意義（P>0.05）；治療1個(gè)療程及2個(gè)療程后，實(shí)驗(yàn)組的JOA評(píng)分均高于對(duì)照組，VAS評(píng)分均低于對(duì)照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the clinical effect of modified Huolong moxibustion on cold dampness type lumbar disc herniation. Methods：72 patients with cold-damp type lumbar disc herniation admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to October 2023 were randomly selected as the research objects.They were divided into two groups according to the random number table method，with 36 cases in each group.The control group received massage treatment，and the experimental group received massage combined with modified Huolong moxibustion treatment.The therapeutic effects between the two groups were compared.Results：Before treatment，the difference in JOA and VAS scores between the two groups was small and statistically insignificant （P>0.05）；After one course and two courses of treatment，the JOA scores of the experimental group were higher than those of the control group，and the VAS scores of the experimental group were lower those of the control group （P
