精準(zhǔn)護(hù)理干預(yù)在妊娠期高血壓疾病中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值

【摘要】目的：分析精準(zhǔn)護(hù)理干預(yù)在妊娠期高血壓疾病中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值。方法：選取我院2021年3月—2023年3月收治的160例妊娠期高血壓疾病患者，隨機(jī)將其分為兩組，每組80例。對(duì)照組采取常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組采取精準(zhǔn)護(hù)理干預(yù)。比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組的睡眠質(zhì)量、社交能力、家務(wù)管理、機(jī)體狀態(tài)、精神狀態(tài)和交流評(píng)分比較無明顯差異（P>0.05）；護(hù)理后，兩組上述評(píng)分均降低（P0.05）；護(hù)理后，兩組上述評(píng)分均改善（P

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application value of precision nursing intervention in gestational hypertension.Methods：160 patients with gestational hypertension admitted to our hospital from March 2021 to March 2023 were selected and randomly divided into two groups，with 80 cases in each group.The control group received routine nursing，while the observation group received precision nursing intervention.The nursing effects between the two groups were compared.Results：Before nursing，there was no significant difference in sleep quality，social ability，household management，physical state，mental state and communication scores between the two groups（P>0.05）；After nursing，the above scores of both groups decreased （P0.05）；After nursing，the above scores of the two groups improved （P

妊娠期高血壓疾病在早期很難及時(shí)察覺，發(fā)病特征比較隱匿，主要由全身小動(dòng)脈痙攣導(dǎo)致，常常在孕20周后發(fā)病，患者主要表現(xiàn)為蛋白尿、血壓升高和水腫等，而且會(huì)出現(xiàn)不同程度的惡心和頭暈，甚至昏迷、腎功能衰竭和抽搐等危急情況[1-2]。（剩余4137字）
