【摘要】目的：觀察生物制劑在風(fēng)濕免疫疾病治療中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：選取我院62例風(fēng)濕免疫疾病患者（2021年8月—2022年12月），隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（31例，常規(guī)治療）與觀察組（31例，生物制劑治療），比較兩組炎性因子、免疫功能、不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率以及生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：治療后，觀察組炎性因子水平低于對(duì)照組，免疫功能優(yōu)于對(duì)照組，不良反應(yīng)發(fā)生率低于對(duì)照組，生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高于對(duì)照組，P

【Abstract】Objective：To observe the application effect of biological agents in the treatment of rheumatic immune diseases.Methods：62 patients with rheumatic immune diseases in our hospital （from August 2021 to December 2022） were selected and randomly divided into the control group （31 cases，conventional treatment） and the observation group （31 cases，biological agents treatment）.The inflammatory factors，immune function，incidence of adverse reactions and quality of life between the two groups were compared.Results：After treatment，the levels of inflammatory factors in the observation group were lower than those in the control group，the immune function was better than that in the control group，the incidence of adverse reactions was lower than that in the control group，and the quality of life score was higher than that in the control group，P
