【摘要】目的：探討瓜蔞薤白桂枝湯聯(lián)合針灸治療冠心病的效果。方法：選取2020年1月—2022年5月我院收治的100例冠心病患者，隨機分成兩組。對照組采取低脂低鹽飲食、吸氧、休息等常規(guī)治療，觀察組聯(lián)合采取瓜蔞薤白桂枝湯和針灸治療。比較兩組治療效果。結(jié)果：觀察組治療總有效率明顯高于對照組（P0.05）；治療后，兩組上述血液流變學(xué)指標均明顯降低（P0.05）；治療后，兩組血清MDA水平均降低（P
