【摘要】目的：探析心理護(hù)理對(duì)不孕癥患者負(fù)性情緒及生活質(zhì)量的影響。方法：選取2022年1月—12月本院收治的200例不孕癥患者，隨機(jī)分為對(duì)照組（常規(guī)護(hù)理）與觀察組（心理護(hù)理），比較兩組護(hù)理效果。結(jié)果：干預(yù)前，兩組抑郁自評(píng)量表（SDS）評(píng)分和焦慮自評(píng)量表（SAS）評(píng)分比較差異較小，對(duì)比無(wú)統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P>0.05）；干預(yù)后，觀察組SAS和SDS評(píng)分比對(duì)照組低，而生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分及護(hù)理滿意度比對(duì)照組更高，對(duì)比有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P

The effect of psychological nursing on negative emotions and quality of life of infertility patients

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the impact of psychological nursing on negative emotions and quality of life in infertile patients. Methods：200 infertility patients admitted to our hospital from January to December 2022were randomly divided into the control group（routine nursing） and the observation group （psychological nursing），and the nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：Before intervention，there was little difference in the Self Rating Depression Scale （SDS） and Self Rating Anxiety Scale （SAS） scores between the two groups，and there was no statistically significant difference in comparison （P>0.05）；After intervention，the SAS and SDS scores of the observation group were lower than those of the control group，while the quality of life scores and nursing satisfaction were higher than those of the control group，with statistical significance （P
