【摘要】目的：分析康復(fù)干預(yù)在腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用效果及對(duì)JOA評(píng)分的影響。方法：2020年6月—2022年5月，從本院收治的腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥患者中選擇70例，隨機(jī)編號(hào)，抽簽分兩組，各35例，對(duì)照組患者實(shí)施常規(guī)護(hù)理干預(yù)，試驗(yàn)組患者實(shí)施康復(fù)護(hù)理干預(yù)，比較兩組干預(yù)效果。結(jié)果：試驗(yàn)組護(hù)理滿意度高于對(duì)照組，P0.05；干預(yù)后，兩組患者RMDQ評(píng)分低于干預(yù)前，JOA評(píng)分高于干預(yù)前，P

腰椎間盤(pán)突出癥是一種常見(jiàn)疾病，患者腰椎間盤(pán)變性，同時(shí)纖維環(huán)存在破裂的情況，導(dǎo)致骶核組織突出，對(duì)神經(jīng)根造成刺激和壓迫，導(dǎo)致出現(xiàn)坐骨神經(jīng)痛、腰痛等癥狀，引起腰部活動(dòng)受限，且受累神經(jīng)根支配區(qū)運(yùn)動(dòng)、感覺(jué)、反射出現(xiàn)變化，甚至?xí)奂巴炔抗δ?，?yán)重影響患者日常生活，導(dǎo)致其生活質(zhì)量降低[1-2]。（剩余4060字）
