【Abstract】Objective：To discuss the effect and value of comfort nursing combined with psychological nursing in patients undergoing painless digestive endoscopy inspection.Methods：62 patients who underwent painless digestive endoscopy examination from July 2021 to February 2023 were selected.Using the order of medical treatment as the grouping standard，with 31 cases in each group.The reference group adopted general nursing，while the experimental group received comfort nursing combined with psychological nursing.The nursing effects of the two groups were compared.Results：After intervention，the heart rate and blood pressure in the experimental group were better than those in the reference group，P

于無痛情況下進(jìn)行消化內(nèi)鏡檢查為無痛消化內(nèi)鏡檢查技術(shù)，即將消化內(nèi)鏡置入人體，經(jīng)內(nèi)鏡反應(yīng)出病灶情況，并了解其相關(guān)信息的技術(shù)，多用于胃腸病患者，相較于常規(guī)消化內(nèi)鏡檢查，該檢查方案帶給患者的惡心、疼痛等不良感受均較輕，這對(duì)于增加檢查準(zhǔn)確性有促進(jìn)作用[1]。（剩余4264字）
