護理干預在重癥監(jiān)護室腦出血患者預防肺部感染中的應用效果分析

【摘要】目的：探討重癥監(jiān)護室（ICU）腦出血患者實施護理干預對預防肺部感染的影響。方法：抽取我院ICU120例腦出血患者進行分析，根據(jù)護理方案分為兩組。觀察組實施綜合護理干預，對照組實施常規(guī)護理。比較兩組護理效果。結果：干預后，觀察組患者的肺部感染發(fā)生率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、病死率以及NIHSS評分低于對照組，呼吸機治療時間及住院時間短于對照組，ADL評分、護理質量評分以及生活質量評分優(yōu)于對照組，P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of nursing intervention on the prevention of pulmonary infection in patients with cerebral hemorrhage in the intensive care unit （ICU）.Methods：120 patients with cerebral hemorrhage in our hospital’s ICU were selected for analysis.
