【摘要】目的：社區(qū)開(kāi)展預(yù)防接種與兒童保健健康教育的意義。方法：本次研究從本院2020年8月—2021年5月接受社區(qū)指導(dǎo)的兒童中隨機(jī)抽取60例，按照隨機(jī)數(shù)表法將其分為了對(duì)照組和觀察組，對(duì)照組接受常規(guī)宣教，觀察組接受跟蹤隨訪宣教，分析經(jīng)過(guò)指導(dǎo)后的兒童綜合依從率、半年內(nèi)的患病情況與兒童保健的評(píng)價(jià)。結(jié)果：觀察組綜合依從27例（90.00%），對(duì)照組綜合依從20例（66.67%）（P

The significance of preventive vaccination and child health care education in communities

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the significance of community vaccination and health education for children.Methods：In this study， 60 children who received community guidance in our hospital from August 2020 to May 2021 were randomly selected.They were divided into control group and observation group according to the random number table method.The control group received routine education，and the observation group received follow-up education.The comprehensive compliance rate of children after guidance， the prevalence within half a year，and the evaluation of child health care were analyzed.Results：There were 27 cases （90.00%） of comprehensive compliance in the observation group and 20 cases （66.67%）of comprehensive compliance in the control group（P
