噻托溴銨聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅吸入治療慢阻肺的臨床效果觀察

【摘要】目的：討論慢阻肺患者在采取噻托溴銨聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅吸入治療時(shí)的效果。方法：2020年1月—2021年11月，共計(jì)納入我院慢阻肺患者40例，以擲硬幣法均分為試驗(yàn)組和對照組；對照組選擇噻托溴銨治療，試驗(yàn)組在對照組基礎(chǔ)上聯(lián)合布地奈德福莫特羅吸入治療，比較兩組療效。結(jié)果：兩組治療前肺功能指標(biāo)無統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)差異（P>0.05）；治療后，兩組肺功能指標(biāo)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；治療后，兩組血?dú)庵笜?biāo)比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P0.05）；治療后，兩組炎癥因子比較差異有統(tǒng)計(jì)學(xué)意義（P
