白內(nèi)障的篩查和康復(fù)治療在防盲治盲中的應(yīng)用效果研究

【摘要】目的：探討白內(nèi)障篩查與康復(fù)治療在防盲治盲中的應(yīng)用效果。方法：2019年1月—2022年1月本院50歲及以上的老年患者（每年200例），為其建立眼部個人健康檔案，篩查符合白內(nèi)障診斷相關(guān)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的患者后評價其治療指征，符合治療指征后給予康復(fù)治療，分析不同時段患者脫盲、脫殘情況。結(jié)果：2019年1月—2021年12月分別完成白內(nèi)障康復(fù)治療的患者有50例、76例與80例，65歲及以上患者白內(nèi)障檢出率顯著高于65歲以下患者，差異有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義（P

【Abstract】Objective：To investigate the application effect of cataract screening and rehabilitation therapy in the prevention and treatment of blindness.Methods： From January 2019 to January 2022，the elderly patients aged 50 and above（200 cases per year） in our hospital established their eye personal health records.After screening the patients who met the relevant criteria for cataract diagnosis，their treatment indications were evaluated.After meeting the treatmentindications，they were given rehabilitation treatment，and the condition of patients’ blindness and disability removal at different periods were analyzed.Results： From January 2019 to December 2021，50 cases，76 cases and 80 cases of cataract rehabilitation treatment were completed respectively.The detection rate of cataract in patients aged 65 and above was significantly higher than that in patients under 65（P
