【摘要】目的：分析老年腦梗死吞咽障礙患者接受早期康復護理干預后的相關效果。方法：平均將76例老年腦梗死吞咽障礙患者分為參照組與實驗組，各38例，對比了解兩組負性情緒、生活質量、吞咽功能和護理滿意度。結果：護理后，實驗組SAS與SDS評分分別為（41.37±4.22）分與（44.84±4.67）分，SSA評分與生活質量評分分別為（21.28±3.95）分與（75.25±4.62）分，護理滿意度為100.00%，上述指標均優(yōu)于參照組（P
