充氣式保溫毯預(yù)防全麻高齡患者術(shù)中低體溫的效果研究

【摘要】目的：對(duì)全麻高齡患者應(yīng)用充氣式保溫毯對(duì)預(yù)防術(shù)中低體溫的效果進(jìn)行研究。方法：在于我院進(jìn)行全麻手術(shù)的高齡患者中抽取1200例納入觀察對(duì)象，并分為參照組和試驗(yàn)組，各600例，對(duì)術(shù)中前者應(yīng)用常規(guī)蓋被保暖和后者應(yīng)用充氣式保溫毯保暖的效果進(jìn)行對(duì)照研究。結(jié)果：就術(shù)前體溫而言，參照組和試驗(yàn)組對(duì)比差異不大（P>0.05），差異無(wú)意義；就術(shù)中、手術(shù)結(jié)束時(shí)以及離開(kāi)PACU時(shí)的體溫而言，試驗(yàn)組均高于參照組（P

【Abstract】Objective：To study the effect of using inflatable thermal insulation blanket to prevent intraoperative hypothermia in elderly patients under general anesthesia.Methods：1200 elderly patients undergoing general anesthesia operation in our hospital were selected and included in the observation object.They were divided into the reference group and the test group，with 600 cases in each group. A comparative study was conducted on the effects of the former using conventional covers for warmth preservation and the latter using inflatable thermal insulation blanket for warmth preservation during the operation.Results：In terms of preoperative temperature，there was no significant difference between the reference group and the test group（P>0.05）；In terms of the temperature during the operation，at the end of the operation and when leaving the PACU，the test group was higher than the reference group（P
