【摘要】目的:分析內(nèi)分泌科護理帶教中應(yīng)用情景模擬帶教模式的效果。方法:選擇100名在我院實習(xí)的護生,并根據(jù)帶教模式的不同分為觀察組和對照組,觀察組實施情景模擬教學(xué)法,對照組實施常規(guī)內(nèi)分泌科實習(xí)帶教法。將兩組護生相關(guān)指標(biāo)進行比較。結(jié)果:相比于對照組,觀察組護生的各個評價指標(biāo)更優(yōu)(P

【Abstract】Objective: To analyze the effect of situational simulation teaching mode in nursing teaching of endocrinology department.
