研究子宮內(nèi)膜病變患者應用經(jīng)陰道超聲診斷的臨床效果

【摘要】目的：分析陰道超聲對子宮內(nèi)膜病變診斷的效果。方法：收集我院2020年8月—2022年8月收治83例子宮內(nèi)膜病變患者為研究樣本，均進行腹部超聲和陰道超聲檢查，對比不同檢查方法下的診斷準確率及不同病變類型的血流動力學情況。結果：陰道超聲對于子宮內(nèi)膜病變的診斷總準確率較腹部超聲高，其中子宮內(nèi)膜增生及子宮內(nèi)膜癌的檢出率均較腹部超聲高（P0.05）；子宮動脈阻力指數(shù)較良性病變更低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the effect of vaginal ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial diseases. Methods： 83 patients with endometriosis admitted to our hospital from August 2020 to August 2022 were collected as study samples， and abdominal ultrasound and vaginal ultrasound were performed to compare the diagnostic accuracy of different examination methods and the hemodynamics of different types of lesions.
