系統(tǒng)性心理干預(yù)在骨折護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用價值

【摘要】目的：分析系統(tǒng)性心理干預(yù)在骨折護(hù)理中的應(yīng)用價值。方法：選取我院2019年7月—2022年7月的200例骨折患者，隨機將其分為兩組。常規(guī)護(hù)理實施于對照組患者中，而系統(tǒng)性心理干預(yù)實施于觀察組患者中。結(jié)果：護(hù)理前，兩組的焦慮評分、遵醫(yī)行為評分、抑郁評分和疼痛評分無明顯差異（P>0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組的焦慮評分、遵醫(yī)行為評分、抑郁評分和疼痛評分均明顯改善（P0.05），護(hù)理后，兩組的獨立性領(lǐng)域、生理領(lǐng)域、社會關(guān)系、心理領(lǐng)域、精神支柱、環(huán)境領(lǐng)域評分和總生活質(zhì)量評分均明顯升高（P

Application value of systematic psychological intervention in fracture nursing

【Abstract】Objective：To analyze the application value of systematic psychological intervention in fracture nursing. Methods：200 fracture patients in our hospital from July 2019 to July 2022 were randomly divided into two groups. The control group received routine nursing care， while the observation group received systematic psychological intervention. Results：Before nursing， there was no significant difference between the two groups in anxiety score， compliance behavior score， depression score and pain score （P>0.05）. After nursing， the anxiety score， compliance behavior score， depression score and pain score of the two groups were significantly improved （P0.05）. After nursing， the scores of independence field， physiological field， social relationship， psychological field， spiritual pillar， environmental field and total quality of life of the two groups were significantly increased （P
