急性閉塞性腦梗死介入溶栓術(shù)的護理干預(yù)措施及實施價值

【摘要】目的：探究急性閉塞性腦梗死患者在早期介入溶栓術(shù)治療時采用整體護理措施的護理效果及臨床價值。方法：擇取我院于2020年5月—2021年7月期間接收救治的急性閉塞性腦梗死患者90例，計算機隨機分為對照組（45例，常規(guī)護理措施）和觀察組（45例，整體護理干預(yù)）。結(jié)果：觀察組患者通過整體護理干預(yù)后，患者臨床治療效果為95.56%，社會功能、情感功能、生理功能、身體健康各項生活質(zhì)量評分分別為（81.57±2.35）分、（83.04±1.66）分、（84.11±1.60）分、（82.53±1.06）分，顯著高于對照組（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the nursing effect and clinical value of holistic nursing measures in early interventional hemolytic therapy for patients with acute occlusive cerebral infarction. Methods： Ninety patients with acute occlusive cerebral infarction who were treated in our hospital from May 2020 to July 2021 were randomly divided into control group （45 cases， routine nursing measures） and observation group （45 cases， overall nursing intervention） by computer.
