基于健康信念模式的護(hù)理干預(yù)在房顫患者中的應(yīng)用評(píng)價(jià)

【摘要】目的 探討健康信念護(hù)理干預(yù)模式在心房額動(dòng)患者中的應(yīng)用效果。方法 收集2017年7月—2017年12月在本院收治的30例心房顫動(dòng)患者作為研究對(duì)象。隨機(jī)對(duì)照法分組，對(duì)照組常規(guī)護(hù)理，觀察組接受基于健康信念模式護(hù)理。觀察并對(duì)比分析患者自我效能及藥物治療依從性變化情況。 結(jié)果 干預(yù)后兩組患者自我效能評(píng)分均表現(xiàn)為明顯提高，且與對(duì)照組比較，觀察組兩項(xiàng)評(píng)分均表現(xiàn)為顯著更高，二者比較（P

【Abstract】Objective：To explore the effect of health belief nursing intervention model in patients with atrial frontal movement. Methods：Thirty patients with atrial fibrillation admitted to our hospital from July 2017 to December 2017 were collected as research objects.
