【摘要】目的：觀察共情護(hù)理對(duì)艾滋病患者抗病毒治療不良心理及服藥依從性的改善。方法：選取我院艾滋病抗病毒治療患者78例（2020年8月—2021年12月），隨機(jī)分為共情護(hù)理的觀察組（39例）與常規(guī)護(hù)理的對(duì)照組（39例），觀察不良心理、服藥依從性、病情恢復(fù)情況、生活質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組相比，觀察組SAS、SDS評(píng)分低，服藥依從性高，HIV病毒載量少，CD4+細(xì)胞計(jì)數(shù)多，生活質(zhì)量評(píng)分高（P

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the improvement of empathic nursing on adverse psychological and medication compliance of AIDS patients with antiviral therapy. Methods： 78 cases of AIDS patients receiving antiviral treatment in our hospital （from August 2020 to December 2021） were selected and randomly divided into the observation group of empathic nursing （39 cases） and the control group of routine nursing （39 cases）.
