【摘要】目的：探討無痛分娩中應(yīng)用腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉對陰道分娩率、母嬰結(jié)局的影響。方法：篩選80例無痛分娩產(chǎn)婦隨機分兩組，對照組（應(yīng)用單純硬膜外麻醉）和觀察組（應(yīng)用腰硬聯(lián)合麻醉）各40例；比較兩組麻醉效果、分娩方式、產(chǎn)程時間、母嬰結(jié)局。結(jié)果：相較于對照組，觀察組麻醉起效時間更短，麻醉5、10、30、60min的VAS評分均更低，同時觀察組自然分娩率更高，且觀察組產(chǎn)程時間更短（P
