【摘要】目的：觀察并分析血液透析中應用全面護理對管路凝血及安全性的影響。方法：選擇我院于2019年5月—2020年7月接收的72例血液透析患者，分成對照組和觀察組，每組36例，對照組采取基礎(chǔ)護理干預，觀察組采取全面護理干預，對比兩組患者管路凝血發(fā)生率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率、護理前后凝血功能以及生存質(zhì)量。結(jié)果：觀察組管路凝血發(fā)生率、并發(fā)癥發(fā)生率均明顯低于對照組，護理滿意率評分明顯高于對照組，兩組差異存在統(tǒng)計學意義（P

【Abstract】Objective： To observe and analyze the effect of comprehensive nursing on pipeline coagulation and safety in hemodialysis.
