宮頸縫合術(shù)聯(lián)合縮宮素在順產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后大出血中的運用及療效研究進展

【摘要】近年來，我國人口老齡化愈發(fā)嚴重，為應(yīng)對這種情況我國相繼出臺了二胎和三胎政策，大力提倡生育。在我院生產(chǎn)的產(chǎn)婦的人數(shù)明顯增加，順產(chǎn)大出血的發(fā)生率也顯著增加，產(chǎn)后出血是我國孕產(chǎn)婦死亡的最主要原因，近幾年內(nèi)一直盤踞在首位。本次研究主要是分析宮頸縫合術(shù)聯(lián)合縮宮素在順產(chǎn)產(chǎn)后大出血中的運用和研究進展。

Research Progress on the Application and Curative Effect of Cervical Suture Combined with Oxytocin in Spontaneous Massive Postpartum Hemorrhage

【Abstract】In recent years，my country’s population ageing has become more and more serious. In response to this situation， my country has successively introduced two-child and three-child policies to vigorously advocate childbirth. The number of pregnant women giving birth in our hospital has increased significantly， and the incidence of massive hemorrhage in natural labor has also increased significantly. Postpartum hemorrhage is the leading cause of maternal death in my country， and it has been ranked first in recent years. This study mainly analyzes the application and research progress of cervical suture combined with oxytocin in spontaneouspostpartum hemorrhage.
