【摘要】目的:總結(jié)心內(nèi)科護(hù)理安全管理中實施持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)的價值。方法:研究樣本均為院內(nèi)2021年8月—2022年2月期間收錄的90例心內(nèi)科患者,采取抽簽分組,實驗組以持續(xù)質(zhì)量改進(jìn)分析,對照組開展常規(guī)護(hù)理,指標(biāo)評估為患者護(hù)理糾紛事件、護(hù)理人員差錯情況、患者護(hù)理滿意度、護(hù)理人員綜合水平等。結(jié)果:對照組、實驗組在溝通能力、應(yīng)急能力、知識儲備評估分?jǐn)?shù)上對比后者優(yōu)于前者,對照組護(hù)理差錯人數(shù)、護(hù)理糾紛人數(shù)較多,實驗組護(hù)理滿意度高于對照組(P

Application value of continuous quality improvement in nursing safety in cardiology department

【Abstract】Objective: To summarize the value of continuous quality improvement in nursing safety management in cardiology department. Methods: The research samples were all 90 patients in cardiology department collected in the hospital from August 2021 to February 2022. They were divided into groups by drawing lots. The experimental group was analyzed by continuous quality improvement, and the control group carried out routine nursing. The indicators were evaluated as patient nursing disputes, nursing staff errors, patient nursing satisfaction, comprehensive level of nursing staff, etc. Results: The latter was better than the former in the evaluation scores of communication ability, emergency ability and knowledge reserve between the control group and the experimental group,there were more nursing errors and nursing disputes in the control group, and the nursing satisfaction of the experimental group was higher than that of the control group(P
