【摘要】目的：觀察個體化健康教育聯(lián)合心理護理干預在腎盂腎炎患者護理中的應用效果。方法：隨機將92例腎盂腎炎患者分為觀察組與對照組，各46例，觀察組給予個體化健康教育聯(lián)合心理護理，對照組給予常規(guī)護理，觀察兩組護理效果。結果：入院時，兩組SAS、SDS評分無明顯差異（P>0.05）；出院時，觀察組SAS、SDS評分，癥狀消除時間低于對照組，疾病知識、治療知識、合理飲食、科學運動、健康生活評分高于對照組，差異顯著（P

Application value analysis of individualized health education combined with psychological nursing in nursing of patients with pyelonephritis

【Abstract】Objective： To observe the application effect of individualized health education combined with psychological nursing intervention in the nursing of patients with pyelonephritis. Methods： 92 patients with pyelonephritis were randomly divided into observation group and control group，with 46 cases in each group. The observation group was given individualized health education combined with psychological nursing， and the control group was given routine nursing， and the nursing effects of the two groups were observed.
