對(duì)于下腹部手術(shù)患者而言，全身麻醉僅僅針對(duì)大腦皮層、邊緣系統(tǒng)以及下丘腦的透射系統(tǒng)進(jìn)行抑制，無(wú)法對(duì)手術(shù)區(qū)域的傷害性刺激傳導(dǎo)進(jìn)行抑制，因此對(duì)疼痛的抑制作用不強(qiáng)；而區(qū)域神經(jīng)阻滯能夠?qū)ο轮跋赂沟膽?yīng)激反應(yīng)進(jìn)行完全抑制，阻斷上腹部手術(shù)中的內(nèi)臟發(fā)疼痛，抑制阻斷交感傳出神經(jīng)，降低機(jī)體的應(yīng)激反應(yīng)，取得良好的麻醉效果[1-2]。（剩余4472字）
