【摘要】目的：分析在肺結(jié)核細菌檢測中運用熒光定量PCR檢測法的臨床價值。方法：本文總共納入88例觀察對象，均是我院2016年5月—2021年5月收治的疑似塵肺合并肺結(jié)核患者，對88例患者開展熒光定量PCR與痰涂片抗酸染色檢測。將臨床診斷作為參照依據(jù)，比較兩種方法的檢測結(jié)果。結(jié)果：在檢出率、敏感度、特異度、陽性預(yù)測值以及陰性預(yù)測值上，熒光定量PCR明顯高于痰涂片抗酸染色檢測（P

【Abstract】Objective： To analyze the clinical value of fluorescent quantitative PCR detection method in the detection of pulmonary tuberculosis bacteria. Methods： A total of 88 observation objects were included in this study， all of whom were patients with suspected pneumoconiosis complicated with pulmonary tuberculosis admitted to our hospital from May 2016 to May 2021.
