【摘要】目的：探究對(duì)老年慢阻肺患者實(shí)施呼吸訓(xùn)練聯(lián)合護(hù)理干預(yù)的臨床療效以及對(duì)其身體康復(fù)的影響。方法：2020年7月—2021年5月間接收的60例老年慢阻肺患者，每組各30例，就兩組的生活質(zhì)量、護(hù)理前后肺功能情況、血?dú)馇闆r、臨床指標(biāo)以及患者對(duì)護(hù)理質(zhì)量的滿意度展開(kāi)比較。結(jié)果：與對(duì)照組相比，觀察組患者的生活質(zhì)量、肺功能康復(fù)程度、血?dú)馇闆r良好度均更高，住院時(shí)間、治療時(shí)間、癥狀消失時(shí)間以及治療費(fèi)用更低（P

【Abstract】Objective： To explore the clinical effect of respiratory training combined nursing intervention for elderly patients with chronic obstructive pulmonary disease and its impact on their physical rehabilitation. Methods： 60 elderly patients with COPD were enrolled in our hospital from July 2020 to May 2021， 30 cases in each group.
