血清生化指標(biāo)及凝血酶原時(shí)間在妊娠肝病患者檢測(cè)中的應(yīng)用價(jià)值研究

【摘要】目的：研究血清生化指標(biāo)及凝血酶原時(shí)間（PT）用于妊娠肝病的檢測(cè)效果。方法：數(shù)據(jù)取自本院2020年2月—2021年6月收治的106例妊娠肝病患者作為研討組，另?yè)裢谑罩蔚?00例正常妊娠者作為參照組，均行血清生化指標(biāo)、PT指標(biāo)檢測(cè)，對(duì)兩組檢測(cè)結(jié)果進(jìn)行分析。結(jié)果：研討組ALT值為（50.12±12.45）U/L、AST值為（77.62±15.54）U/L及GGT值為（51.21±20.05）U/L高于參照組的（17.36±8.92）U/L、（19.23±9.65）U/L、（29.32±11.47）U/L，研討組PT值為（14.38±2.16）s、APTT值為（38.53±5.72）s高于參照組的（11.42±1.54）s、（30.21±7.45）s，研討組FIB值為（2.89±0.52）g/L低于參照組的（5.14±1.23）g/L，P

Application value of serum biochemical indexes and prothrombin time in the detection of patients with gestational liver disease

【Abstract】Objective：To study the value of serum biochemical indexes and prothrombin time （PT） in the detection of gestational liver disease. Methods：The data were collected from 106 patients with gestational liver disease admitted to our hospital from February 2020 to June 2021 as the research group， and another 100 normal pregnant patients admitted during the same period were selected as the reference group.
